The Bronze level is the starting point for sustainable exhibiting. It requires exhibitors to use reusable stand structures instead of disposable ones.
While some elements may still be custom-made, core components like walls and frameworks should be designed for multiple uses.
The Silver level builds on Bronze by increasing reusability and sustainability. More elements, such as furniture and signage, should be modular and reusable.
Exhibitors must also adopt waste reduction strategies, minimizing single-use materials and opting for eco-friendly construction options.
The Gold level represents the highest sustainability standard. Stands are fully reusable, made from durable, eco-friendly materials, and require minimal new resources.
Exhibitors must adopt a zero-waste approach and use energy-efficient lighting and materials.
The Better Stands program is designed to eliminate single-use, disposable stands at exhibitions. It promotes the use of reusable structures to reduce event waste, lower costs, and improve exhibitor experience. By adopting sustainable materials, exhibitors contribute to a greener and more responsible event industry.
